Since 1990, In-the-Sun and PPPVS enterprises have been deducing the ‘ideal’ interface to power some common food-processing chores around the use of pedal-power, making a common device power multiple tasks, with little effort, directly. Batteries not included. This is an early prototype mockup using bicycle parts, hardwood, and common fasteners to power a hand-cranked flour mill and wheat-grass juicer. Refined iterations and mass production are being investigated. www.juicycle.com
